About Common Sense Millennial
This is a personal finance blog for members of the Millennial generation who need to acquire some common sense knowledge about their money and more. I started this blog in July of 2013 for people in their twenties who have to get by without huge salaries or bonuses to boost their bank accounts. Common Sense Millennial aims to share advice and tips that are easy to put into practice and will lead to financial stability and security. Living well on less is possible, and I want to show you how to do it.
About the Millennial
Hi! My name is Kali Hawlk, and I’m a freelance writer who loves to chat about finance, business, and Gen Y. While I’ve spent two years and counting expanding on my experience as a Living Dilbert Cartoon by working in an office Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, I am currently in the process of building my own freelance writing and content management business.
In addition, I’m an avid runner and I’m happiest when I get to do something outside. I’m passionate about travel and I can’t wait to see more of the world. But in the meantime, I’m pretty content with getting to hang out at home with my awesome husband (who you can thank for a large majority of the images on this blog) and our three – yup, count ‘em – kitties that might as well be kids.
If you’re interested in working with or hiring me, please don’t hesitate to send a message my way. If you’d like to reach me, my blog includes a Contact page or you can email me at commonsensemillennial [at] gmail [dot] com. I’m eager to put my skills and knowledge to work for you.
